Tired of the green and white.
These homeowners wanted a little bit of color. Canvas Tan by Sherwin-Williams provided it. It’s a soft tan and will work well with the other planned changes.

Tile in Bathroom
Again, I tiled a bathroom with Floriana Heather tile by Lowes. (Almost forgot to take the before pics.)
The grout color is Warm Gray. This turned out great. Once the tub is painted, it will be ready for a new homeowner.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom
This area is now in harmony with the same paint color.
The master bedroom and bathroom are both painted Cafe Latte, a color by Glidden.
The bathroom was a cream from when the home was built. It is freshened up now.
Neutral Loft Color
This townhouse is getting neutralized.
The color is Cafe Latte by Glidden. This color will go with any decor making it a great choice for a rental.
Guest Bedroom Fun
This is another paneled room that has a new, improved look!
The beige is Biscuit by Sherwin-Williams. The accent wall color is a custom match to the bedding. The white beds will stand out nicely against this bright wall. The bedding will tie it all together!
1 by 2 Tiles
The kitchen is always a great place to tile. I forgot to do the before picture when I started.
This back splash is in a stone and mosaic mix of 1 by 2 tiles. The Coastal Cool from Home Depot is a great tie into the granite counter top. The paint color is Comfort Gray by Sherwin-Williams.
